Every family has to deal with succession planning in some form or another. By using Design Thinking the succession planning process can be enhanced to reap better results. Design Thinking puts the involved family members at the center of the process and evolves around their needs.

Coming from an engineering background, I principally use the Design Thinking Process when solving problems. After much reflection, I have noticed that the way designers and product developers think is not used a lot in management. So, how does one apply Design Thinking in crisis management?
