An incredibly valuable and insightful session! Some key takeaways included focussing on enabling versus delegating, alongside fostering a shared understanding of the need for a long-term vision – that really resonated with the team and provided clarity that had been challenging to achieve. Exploring how individual proclivities influence behaviour was eye-opening and brought us together as a team to identify strengths and gaps and the session highlighted the importance of addressing this with thoughtful discussion. Overall, a great experience!
