Maybe you have many stupid ideas?

You? Your family? Your friends? Your colleagues?

Your stupid idea might be genius in the eyes of someone.

Your stupid idea can lay the foundation for a great idea.

There are no stupid ideas. Only possibilities, options and opportunities.

How much does your personal opinion influence your decisions?

Be honest here, it influences your decisions greatly.

How often does your opinion stand in the way?

Probably more often than you want to admit.

Try to look at problems in an as unbiased as possible way.

If you cannot, then ask someone else to.

How do you define failure?

As something permanent or temporary?

As something all-encompassing or limited?

As something purely your fault?

Failure is a learning experience. It is neither permanent, nor all-encompassing, nor is it entirely your fault.

You are responsible for learning from failure. You are responsible for how you react to failure.

What do you do in hard times?

Do you turn inwards?

Do you focus on your troubles?

Do you reduce social time?

In crises, we tend to turn inwards and reduce time with social connections.

This increases stress. Talk to friends, family, partners or acquaintances about your troubles. It is a balm for the soul.

Who decides what is worth doing?

Your parents?

Your neighbours?

Your friends?

Your partner?

Your dog?

Or is it influencers on social media?

When you work on things you enjoy, your inner critic might be torturing you.

You decide what is fun to do for you. Only you.

Are you trying to accomplish lots at once?

How is that going for you?

Are you jumping from project to project?

Which quality do you achieve?

Tackle tasks, issues, projects, etc. by order of importance. One step after the other.

Focus is your best friend.

Who are the enablers in your life?

Who are the quest destroyers in your life?

The people that enable your toxic behaviours and the people who stop you from going after your dreams.

Instead, look for people who inhibit and stand up to behaviours that are bad for you.

Look for people that groom your wings and encourage you to reach new rights and reach for the stars.

Another big decision is haunting you...

it is hard, really hard to make a decision.

What do you do?

Is there no turning back from it?

Can you change the decision to turn it into a two-way street instead of a one-way street?

If there is a way back from it, why not try it? After all, you can turn around if it is a bad idea.

How do you respond to uncertainty?

Anxious? Or do you enjoy it?

No one is a risk taker in all areas of life, nor is anyone risk-averse in all areas.

If you want to stomach more uncertainty in one area, create more certainty in another area.

Where and how can you reduce uncertainty, so you can take more risk elsewhere?

Did you even ask?

Often, when we do a job for someone else, we don't stop to consider if they are happy or unhappy.

Go ask, you might be surprised.
